1, I-693体检表,是和上面表格一起寄好还是等通知再体检呢?那个较快?

2, I-131和I-693 也是和所有表格一起寄出么,不是说地址不一样么?
-Yes. Send all the required docuemnts/applications (e.g. I-485, I-131, etc.) in one packet (together with the I-130) and the packet to the address for the I-130 filing (find the address in the I-130 Instructions at USCIS website).

填表时好像要I-485 Receipt Notice ,,,有点晕了.
-Forget about it if you file the I-131/I-765 together with the I-485.

3, 如果一起寄的话,有关邮寄的地址搞不清楚,可否告知,我在德州,休斯顿.
-Send the packet to the I-130 filing address.

4, 我的2009年的1040上是抱$0的,因为我去年在中国工作,但是我有中国公司的写的收入证明我有5万美金,这种情况下不知道是否我的I-864不够担保他们???

还是自管先交我自己的I-864蒙混一下?
-You need to provide the evidence for the income such as tax return, and 中国公司的写的收入证明 may be OK for the proof
