9/26/2005 NIW beneficiary. Primary's I-485 was approved in 2007.

6/1/2010 兴冲冲地给NSC打电话。 今天收到 Texas 回信：

"There are currently no visas available to process your I-485 application. Your priority date is later than the cut-off listed on the visa bulletin for your reference."

天地良心， 我可是老老实实等到 6 月的 cut-off date 到了11/22/05 才打的电话啊。

高手请给点建议吧。 谢谢！
-Call again to argue it with them. They were not serious to answer you. You also may ask the US Senator/Congressman for help.
