863211, further questions for H-1 transfer,

1. Will the H-1 transfer(change employer) petition spark RFE for pending I-485?

2. Dependent's current H-4 will be valid till next year. However when they come back with AP, they will be in AOS. Will they be able to extend their H-4 status after becoming AOS?
