请教Pjiang and 863211老师，EAD delay，会不会影响将来485批准？

请教Pjiang and 863211老师,
NIW priority date 6-19-2006， 现在用EAD公司工作，我是主申请人。
现在EAD 8-10-2010 expire，我5-11-2010提交了延期申请，到现在没有receipt,check has not been cashed.我担心EAD会delay.没有EAD，我不能工作。
1）如果我有几个月不能工作，没有salary, 这会不会影响我的485？将来移民局会否问询这个细节？

2）我可否为公司先工作，公司后补我钱？合法么，我看到有人说可以，有人说不行。

3）老板待我很好，可您觉得他能帮我什么呢？

4）若我能够unpaied vacation,可不可以？ 是否影响485？
