Ask 863211 and Pjiang: H1 and 485 pending

I will have 6 years H1 expired on 09/30, and I will apply H1-extension based on my 140 apporval, which is not current yet. I am 485 pending and my hu*****and will apply EB1B PP recently. After that We will do relink between our pending 485 to his EB1 140.

1) Is there any risk if I apply H1 extension at the same time? Will USCIS refuse my 485 because of my H1 application?

2) Based on my 140, I will have 3years H1B extention, but if I relink 485 with his 140, is there any impact on my H1b application? Will USCIS only give me 1 year?
