如果我换表选她在国外。那样的话如果批准了，USCIS直接把AP寄给中国地址吗？如果AP没来得及到，这个AP申请会影响H4签证吗？
_I think I have explained it clearly above that you can not do that for her. If USCIS approve the AP mistakenly and she uses it to come back, her GC application may have big trouble later. She has to apply for the H4 visa to come back.
