00003, my 485 seems got approved

As I mentioned in the last post, I called USCIS for service request. The representative was very nice and I got a confirmation number. She told me that I can contact USCIS using this number if my case does not get approved after 45 days. But I am not sure whether my calling helps because my friend got notice without taking any action within two weeks in April (his PD is August).
