申请的permanent position的要求吗？是因为在conslutant公司是full time雇员，就符合绿卡permanent position的要求了？即使在软件公司是属于contractor的工作也没关系？

再请教一下，我先生现在是H1身份，如果同时有两个offer,一个给办H1 transfer，一个不给办，只能用EAD工作，在我们I-485已经pr-approved的情况下，是尽量保持H1身份比较好，还是用EAD就可以？
-Either one is OK as long as his job is secure. But H1 is better if the I-485 is denied. Of course, if he keeps the job, his I-485 will have no problem to be approved when the PD becomes current.

两者有什么区别？在拿到绿卡前，万一短期失去工作，哪种比较保险些？
-Not different in either using EAD or H1 if he loses the job.
