My Brother in law visit us with B2 visa. Is it easy to transfer from B2 to F1?
-He needs to be admitted into a school and get the I-20 from that school. Then, talk to the International Student Office and they will help him and tell him how to do.

What's the process? It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can provide us any information.
