请问: does part-time TN status allow work in Canada?

Thank 8大师 and 二毛他哥. But I still have questions on how it works.

1. I need to work in the company in US physically from time to time (though every time may be just several days to a week), and come back Canada to continue the work. In that case, do I need TN? If so, do I need to claim it is part-time (hour based payment)?

2. Even with TN status, I still can work in Canada for the US company (they also pay). Is it correct
