AP over due, wait over 6 month

my personal view:

any AP waiting over 6 month(from the day of your I485 case pending, not the day you file, in another words, when you check the status for your 485 case, you got "Pending" or "Processing") should do:
1. bring copy of your 485 and 131 receipts, EAD (if u have), A# (if u have) and a gc picture to local BCIS office to ask for your AP, you should have it within 1 month from local. many only takes 1 to 3 work days.
2. if you could not resovle in Local BCIS, file another I131 with the above documents(except I131 receipt) + $110 to see if you are lucky this time.
