儿子15岁，中国公民，已有绿卡。在阿拉巴马州办理driver permit.要求大使馆的认证的出生证明。
-this is my first time to hear that Drier license application requires such a document. Normally, the passport is enoguh to proide the birth date proof or driver license application.

我们已有国内出具的出生公证（中英文对照）。问题是国内出具的出生公证如何办理中国大使馆的认证？
-Normally, 中国大使馆的认证 is for 认证 of US document used in China. You may contact the Chinese Consulate in Houston for this reverse 认证.
