诚恳请教两个问题:

1. 美国公司提供 H1 sponsorship. 这种情况下是否选择 H1 而不是 TN?
-Yes, if you wan to get the H1 status.

2. TN 可否提前去边境申请, 然后过一段时间再去美国工作?
-You can stay in Canada and then, come back. But you need to work in U.S. if you have the TN status.
