请教863211老师，PJIANG老师

I am holding TN visa working in USA now, my hubby now is waiting for his GC.
I was told that both I and my child cannot apply for GC until my hubby's PR date is current. my questions are:

1. when PR is current, and I start to apply, will it delay his approval?
2. After I apply, what kind of VISA should I have to keep working here?
3. In my case, what best steps I should take to apply for GC.
