我的情况是这样的，140 approved, 485没交，H1B第七年（基于140的三年延期）。太太刚开始工作，单位这个月给她交H1B申请。我们公司最近可能要在七月中旬裁员，如果是这样的话，我就只能转成H4。请问：

第一：我已经申请了140，H4有可能因为移民倾向被据吗？
-No. Like H1, H4 is alos dual intent.

第二：如果我申请H4的时候，我太太的H1b还没有批准，只有收据，receipt number就足够申请H4了吗？
-Yes.
还是说一定要有H1的797A才行？
-Not need.

第三：加入我转成H4之后，又找到其他公司的工作，还可以基于原来的140申请三年H1b吗（假设旧公司不撤销我的140）？
-I am not pretty sure because USCIS has not specific explanation. But from my own opinion, you may not be qualified to get back to the H1 again because your 6 year h1 has expired. You can contniue your H1 extension/transfer beyond the 6 year limit with the I-140 approval if you keep your job, but if your H1 status is terminated beyond the 6 year limit (such as lost job), you may not get it back again. Of course, this is my personal understanding and you may talk to your lawyer to see what he/she thinks.
