Thanks again for your explanation. I was ever told by OIA that I am forced to leave USA even I have ten days grace period if my H1-B expires. Are you sure that I still can do premium petition in that period?


And else, If I have to go out of USA for H1-B visa, I am worried about the possibe changes of being checked or denied. What suggestions you can give to me?
