本人下月考公民，但是有一事挺困惑，我曾在十年前申请L1签证并获批，当时律师曾找我要结婚证，记不得是否有提交给INS，此后男友单方面在国内办了个离婚。我在申请绿卡时填单身，报税全部单身。请问，我在考公民时，应填写离婚并填写前男友的名字，还是就填单身？（我没有离婚证）。移民局的个人资料是怎样的，能查吗？多谢`！
