The issued day of the green card for our son is 7 day later than that for us. Should we wait for 7 day to apply N-400 together with our son since I believe that both the fingerprint and interview dates will be family based?
-If your son got his GC for 4 years and 9 months, he can file the N-400 no matter it was 7 days later than yours.
