USCIS has no specific regualtions for day trade, and it will be decided by the individual immigration officer whether you have self-emlpoyment based on what you did. The principle is that if your activity took significant amount of your time, they may consider this as employment. Otherwise, you only took a little time to do several times, nothing needs to be worried.

Anyway, if you worry too much, you may go out of US to get the H1 visa to come back and at least it will make your mind peaceful.
