刚给父母报上亲属移民，但父亲因为身体原因想回国拿药。

听说可以申请I-131.
-Filing I-131 means application for Advanced Parole (AP). When you get the AP, you can use it for the international travel. AP is effective for one year, and you need to return to US before the AP expires.

请问什么情况下可以递交I-131，
-When or after you file I-485, you can file I-130 for the AP application.

多久能批下来，
-2 to 3 months.

回国可以待多长时间,
