I have filed my H1b extension and it should be approved before I come back from China. If I enter as a parolee using AP, Will the new I-94 date overwrite the H1-B extension date? Thanks!
-Yes, if the approved H1 extention is effective before you come back. But you still can work for the same employer without using EAD and you can reinstate the H1 status by extending/transferring the H1 within US.
