现在新的程序是延期的材料要先在DC审核过(要排几个月的队), 可以了, 合格了, 那么, 学校才可以进入下一个程序. 所以, 先生的材料都在DC, 还没有回来, 更没有上交USCIS.
-I have never heard any 新的程序 for h1 petition. I am very sure your spouse's employer made mistake to use paper-filed prevail wage determination application to the DOL and thus, it takes about two months to get it approved. Actually, the employer/laywer can get the prevail wage determonation online in a few seconds at http://icert.doleta.gov or from OES data resource (http://www.flcdatacenter.com/). Then, file the LCA appliction online or paper-file and get it approval in one week. Then, the employer can file the H1 petition after the LCA approval. Totally, ten days is much enough for the H1 filing. So, talk to the employer to do it again as my suggestion here or find a lawyer to help you.
