mailing address for I485 relink (see inside)

The mailing address on my pending I485 is INS-TSC. I am trying to relink it with my newly approved I-140 (approved at NSC). I am trying to send a letter to TSC, but not sure if the address at TSC is the correct one. Should it be USCIS-TSC? If so, should the old address with "PO Box 851488-Dept A" work? Or any new address?
