已经拜读PJIANG老师的博文,在这里潜心搜贴几个星期了.愚钝的我还是有一些问题拿不准,万望指正.

1, 我父母B-2,于今年1月26号来美,我现在申请是否合适,或告知最佳时间.
-Fine.

2, 我父母的出生公证每人只有一份,是否寄出给移民局时用复印件,以后补交原件?
-Only need the copy of the 出生公证, not need to 以后补交原件.

3, 他们没有结婚公正,因为我的出生公证上有他们名字,我是否要寄出我的出生公证?
-You need to provide your birth certificate for both your parents' I-130s, respectively.

4, I-485是否也和I-130一起寄出?
-Yes. Please note that one I-130/I-485 for your father, another I-130/I-485 for your mother and total two I-130s and I-485s.

5, I-864是否虽I-130一起寄出?
-Yes.
6, 如果我的收入不够担保他们,需要找联合担保人的话,是什么时候提交I-864?还是直接和我的I-864一起寄出?
-Your hu*****and or borther/sister or friend can be your co-sponsor as long as they are US citizen or GC holder. You file I-864 and the co-sponsor files I-864A.

还有什莫我需要准备的?谢谢
