Documents checklist for filing N-400:

1. N-400;
2. Copy of Greencard;
3. Photos;
4. $675 check;
5. An IRS tax return "tran" or an IRS-certified tax return listing tax information for the last 5 years? (Is it required for applicants without any trip outside the US in last five years? Is it OK to submit a copy of filed 1040?)
6. My son will turn 18 years-old next month. Should he register for Selective Service before filing the N-400 in July?

Any further documents will be needed to file N-400?

How long will it take to recieve the fingerprint notice after filling in Maryland?
