求助联系电话：EAD 申请快一月，支票都没有CASHED

上月4/27/10帮老婆申请工卡，我们在ILLINOS，就寄到了PHOENIX,邮件在第二天就寄到，也有人签字。可是到现在支票也没有取走，receipt更没有影。现在很着急，想打电话，又不知道确切的电话号码。请问大家该怎么办？有没有朋友知道电话号码？谢谢大家。
