我先生现在的H-1签证在十月到期，公司现在正帮他renew。想询问我若暑假回国并赶在十月现在的签证到期之前回来，是否会有麻烦？

先生会在H-1签证renew之后帮我renewH-4签证。之所以有这样的疑问是因为上次他从学校的H-1转成公司的H-1，律师不让他出境，说那样等于自动放弃。

如果他的H-1和我的H-4都在我回国之前办下来，我回来还会有问题吗？
-Fine, but you and spouse need to indicate the new H1/H4 extension effective date on the expiration date of your current H1/H4 status so that your I-94 (get at the port of entry when you return to US) will not override the H1/H4 extension approval notice I-94.

我若在国内签证，应该用现在的还是renew之后的H-4呢？
-Use your spouse's H1 approval notice (either new or old) to get the H4 visa , not your H4 approval notice.


越说越复杂，究竟该如何做才能顺利renew H-4而且顺利回来呢？
