准备递交：(1)各个时期H1B批准文件；(2)近几年的w-2表和最近的工资单。请问这样可以吗？
-Yes, it is enough if you only work with H1. If you also used EAD to work (including OPT EAD), you need to provide the copy of the EAD (including OPT EAD) also.

还要不要让老板出一份目前的工作证明？
-Not need.
