FYI.
I think most likely your case will be denied becuase you should announce them as soon as your wife changed her address (go back to home). This is mandatory listed in the application package.
Maybe you can do right now is to announce them your wife's address has changed and request to switch your application to Beijing Embassy. I'm not sure this will work or not. Maybe it will be better and faster if you re-apply as a primary applicant.
