-Normally you need to do the fingerprinting at the appointment time, but I know some people did it in advance 比指定时间提前）and it worked.


第三项要求（before the officer of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services: xxx(name of the officer).

请问我是否可以直接到当地的移民局找指定的这个officer. 请指教。
-Correct. You need to fill out the form and then sign it before the Immigration officer XXX (face to face signature).
