This is kind of routine H1 inspection. USCIS normally randomly takes some H1 samples to inspect to see whether your employer complys to the h1 rule because there are more H1 cheating in these days. You should be OK because you are real H1 there. If they found the H1 filing fee to be paid by yourself, your employer might be fined. This H1 inspection has nothing to do with your GC application.
