Pjiang & others: Please Help on AP application

My first AP was processed in Texas Center (with 485) in 2007. However, I live in Illinois, which is belong to Nebraska center. Which center do I have to use for my new AP application? By the way, I haven't moved since my 485 was submitted. Thanks!
