thanks a lot. 当时我律师说我应该很有希望， 我是作cancer的， 也发了不少文章， 所以就信了。 可怜我交了4500， 如今律师只肯退485部份的1000块。
我老公EAD前是F-1 OPT。
我听人说， 他现在还可以申请H-1 或者H-4， 因为H签证允许移民倾向， 这是可以的吗?
