另外如果我先生想换一个州申请，怎么证明他在该州stay/live for atleast three months？
-He needs to live in that state for at least s months, not just travels there for 3 months. For example, work and live there, driver license and car registration in that state, paycheck stub, tax return, etc. are the evidences.
