学校网上说的： Application for Prevailing Wage Determination, and ted electronically via the ETA’s iCERT System: http://icert.doleta.gov

我想系里应是ONLINE 送交的吧。我周一再问问。
-You do not need to apply for the previal wage determination application, just find it online and fill it in the LCA application. If you file the application, it will take 2 months no matter whether you apply for it online or paper filing.

另一个问题，同时交I-539， 小孩子以前有个J2，后来回国了，再来是F2， 但是有一问题： 要求证明以前的J2 时间和时期，这些文件都没有了， 只有签证和入境章，当时I-94也没有COPY。现在乍么办？
-The copy of the DS-2019 plus the签证和入境章 is fine. Have you done the J1/J2 waiver yet?
