我的学校的系里代办， 秘书说要二个月左右，
-If you do paper filing, it will take for two months. But if you get it online, it takes just a few seconds/minutes. Normally you can get teh prevail wage determination online for LCA for H1, but do paper filing for the prevail wage determination for PERM.

而且学校的网上也说要二个月。在线申请要很快吗？如是， 可不可以要求秘书重新在网上申请？
