My hu*****and transferd from one office to another in another state in the same company. He didn't do it except some H1B documentation( Amemodum?)
But I am not sure if you have the same case. I-140 is for one company, if you stay in the same company, why do you need I-140 again? Maybe Pijiang and teacher 8 can help on this.
