welcoming the new permanent resident。这是啥notice 呀？说是60天内寄卡，大家都是多久收到的。
另外还说notice 上有INSTRUCTION，要complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice。这些是要做什么的？

-This is a standard notice for every case, so you may just ignore the ADIT unless you receive a specific/addtional notice for the ADIT (it means biometric/fingerprinting record update).
