收到card production ordered email,还有Notice mailed

welcoming the new permanent resident。这是啥notice 呀？说是60天内寄卡，大家都是多久收到的。
另外还说notice 上有INSTRUCTION，要complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice。这些是要做什么的？
一头雾水。
