我太太已经在她毕业的学校用opt开始工作了，同时9月份要读另外一个学校的degree。请问她能够用opt去读吗？
-She had bette get the I-20 from the new school and transfer her F1 to that new school. Contact the International Stduent Offices in the both old school and new school and they will tell her how to do.

还是必须先申请h1b才可以？
-No.
另外一个问题就是eb1b是不是必须先要有h1b才能开始申请呢？
-Not really. The employer can file EB1B I-140 any time as long as they will hire you as a permanent base.
