如果140WITHDRAW了还可以用LC获得1年的H1B EXTENSION吗？多谢！
-No, when your I-140 was approved, the LC was valid if it was approved more than 6 months. When your I-140 was withdrawn, you can not use it for H1 extension beyond the 6 h1 limit.
