Am I green?

I just checked USCIS website about my case in NSC and found the following words

On October 20, 2008, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I am wondering whether I am green?

My priority date is Sept. 05, 2005. I haven't recieved any approved letter yet since the process date was set back to 2000 in 2008. If truely as stated here the approved letter has been on the way almost two years. THIS IS USCIS!
