回复：请问婚姻绿卡什么时候算是正式批准的时间？

是面试那天，还是面试以后的若干天？

我的情况是：移民局把面试定在6月3日，而6月12日是我们结婚2周年。我怕6月3日面试当场approve了然后给个conditional的绿卡，
那样为了9天时间我以后还得file另一个什么表格把绿卡转正。
-If you are issued a conitional GC, you have to wait for one year and 9 months to file the application for removeal of the condition no matter whether how long you got married., not 为了9天时间我以后还得file另一个什么表格把绿卡转正. But hopefully, you will be issued a permanent GC because you have already got married nearly for two years.
