I consider to file EB1A I-140 in Canada. I have a couple of questions to consult:
1 For a kid who is approaching 21 years old, does his age is locked at the time at the date when my I-140 is filed since EB1A mostly has available visa number? Can he file I-485 in any time during the year after my I-140 approved (of course I expect to have an offer at the time)? Does it also work for application in Canada? Any condition for applying CSAP?
2. If my I-140 approved, is a contract job offer with one or two years term good enough for I-485 or do I need a permanent job?
3. If my I-140 approved, can my kid file I-1485 separately in US?
4. After I file I-140 in Canada, during pending or after approved/declined, does it affect my trips to U.S. such as tours or business conference (I am a Canadian Citizen)?
Thanks!
