我的一位朋友, 他自2006年中期就被美公司外派中国分公司,常年住中国,他在2007年9月拿绿卡,拿绿卡前在中国已结婚(2007年9月前,我不清楚日期),当时未给妻子办绿卡.

现在我的朋友要回美国了,他如何为妻子申请绿卡?
-His wife can get the immigration visa in the US Consulate in Gunagzhou, China by doing following-to-join using Employment-based category. Thus, his wife can get the immigration visa in 6 months to one year.

需准备那些文件?
-He can file I-824 following the instructions and then, wait for the National Visa Center to contact him for the instructions of paperwork preparation.

他怎样可以最快把太太办到美国来? 还能按他是婚后绿卡为妻子申请绿卡吗?
