申请中国大陆妹妹及其6岁儿子(我的外甥).以下问题请教:

妹夫因工作关系,不便申请.I-130表上受益人,是否只填妹妹及其儿子即可?如果妹夫以后改变主意,可否再加上?
-You can fill your 妹夫 and kid's names in the I-130 even if they do not want to apply for the GC. This does not mean they have immigration intent. Only your sister will be counted as immigration intent at this point.

此类移民目前年大约要十年.在申请其间,他们是否不能申请其他非移民签证?例如外甥的短期访美签证?
-Only your 妹夫 and the kid can apply for the B1/B2 visa during this period of time after you file I-130.

绿卡批准后,最迟多长时间内必须赴美?
-6 months, normally.
