父母2年前来过一次美国，那时身份是H4，现H4过期。在网上看的资料说，用EAD和I-485收据签证，父母容易拒签（不知对否）
-Not true. It is irrelvant.

，父母年纪大了，跨省签证不容易，所以才觉得用I-94可能好点。
-I-485 receipt and the EAD is fine enough (you may include the recent 3 months paycheck stubs to prove you have a job, if any).
