G-325A Form的问题

父母过去5年里来美国(我这里)和加拿大(我弟弟)探亲过3次，每次都少于6个月。

在填写 “Application's residence last five years”时， 是不是需要将我和弟
弟的地址，探亲时间段写上去？
-Not need it because this is temperal visiting, not living.

还是只写父母在中国的地址就可以了？
