我和我女儿现在是I-485 PENDING。我女儿今年六月满十六岁。我想帮她申请驾驶执照。但她没有社安号。我的问题是：1.她是否可以不需要申请EAD 获得社安号？ 2.如果她需要申请EAD 获得社安号，我是否可以现在就申请（她六月才到16岁）？先谢谢了。
