请教pjiang老师，485 case status 分析

Dear PJIANG:

本人（主申请人）和配偶（受益人）的 I-485 USCIS网上状态都到了最后一步， PD current ， EB-2/NIW Aug.31，2005

Document Production or Oath Ceremony

On February 25, 2010 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283

但是30天过后，我们也没收到document， 我们认为是绿卡批准了，就到local office infopass 询问，看地址是否弄错了，甚至做好准备在护照上盖个章， 谁知，officer说我们的case还在pending，我们也确实刚打了指纹，officer说我们的case还没有指派给Visa Officer，这个local officer说她也不知到邮寄出的document是什么文件，但肯定不是绿卡， 因为绿卡制作要90天

所以我们夫妻俩彻底糊涂了。您能给点拨一下，USCIS的网上信息和local infopass的信息到底哪一个是对的，那个邮寄丢了的document可能是approval notice吗？
